Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Vibie.app. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Vibie.app ("Vibie", "we", "us", or "our") provides an interactive asynchronous video funnel software-as-a-service platform. Vibie enables organizations, creators, recruiters, and sales teams to design branching interactive video flows, AI avatars, customizable video widgets, and embeddable Web Components, collecting responses across video, audio, multiple-choice, text, ratings, calendar scheduling, and file uploads.
By creating an account, registering an organization workspace, or interacting with a public Vibie funnel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Vibie offers structured monthly and annual subscription plans designed with predictable unit economics and generous processing limits:
Predictable Overage Safeguard
To ensure marketing, recruitment, and onboarding funnels never drop active respondents when traffic spikes, additional video processing beyond plan allocations is billed automatically in transparent blocks of $8.00 per 100 extra minutes ($0.08/minute). Overages are tallied at the conclusion of each monthly billing cycle with zero hard throttling.
Payment transactions, recurring subscription billings, and tokenized card authorizations are securely processed through our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partner, TiloPay. Vibie does not store raw credit or debit card numbers on its servers.
Subscription charges are subject to payment gateway and card network fees (factored into standard merchant rates of approximately 4.0% per transaction). Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the currently paid billing period, during which you will maintain access to all plan features. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Media Retention Thresholds
To maintain optimal storage infrastructure hygiene and uphold strict privacy minimization principles:
Upon expiration of the retention window, raw video recordings and transcoded assets are automatically and permanently purged from Cloudflare Stream and application storage.
Account owners are responsible for archiving critical video responses, transcripts, and lead data via CSV downloads, API endpoints, or automated webhooks before the retention threshold.
Vibie orchestrates enterprise-grade AI models optimized for conversational video workflows, real-time voice and video transcription, sentiment scoring, and AI video avatar generation.
Zero Data Retention for AI Training: All third-party AI inference providers contracted by Vibie operate under strict Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) enterprise service agreements. Your video content, respondent audio, transcripts, and proprietary business scripts are strictly processed in-memory for inference and are never stored, used, or shared to train public machine learning models.
You agree not to use Vibie to transmit, record, or distribute any content that:
As a funnel creator, you are solely responsible for providing any required notices to respondents (such as notification of video recording, AI transcription, and data retention periods) in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable local privacy legislation.
Users on eligible paid plans (Growth, Agency) may connect custom CNAME domains (e.g. ask.yourcompany.com) and remove all default Vibie branding badges. You are responsible for maintaining valid DNS records and SSL certifications associated with custom domains.
Vibie is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime powered by Cloudflare Stream and global edge infrastructure, we make no guarantees that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from loss of data, video retention expiration, service interruptions, or third-party telecommunication failures.
